What you're downloading: the on|side remote support agent (Datto RMM) — a secure remote monitoring and management tool that lets our team check your system's health and provide support. Administrator permissions are required to install it. Only install this agent on a device owned or managed by an active on|side client, and only after our team has instructed you to.
